About Kelsey Hart
Kelsey Hart, licensed medical aesthetician, is the Coordinator of Aesthetic Services at Horizons Plastic Surgery. She is a graduate of the Health and Style Institute in Kennesaw and holds a Georgia license as an assistant laser practitioner.
Kelsey offers a comprehensive line of aesthetic services including skin care regimens, facial treatments, and chemical peels for patients bothered by rosacea, acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, consequences of aging, and sun exposure.
